We provide a clear implementation plan and spend time with you before we start any work to agree upfront with you that it is achievable in your business. We can flex the plan to take account of your business needs to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises.

Yes. As part of the monthly subscription any new legal changes are incorporated into the EPI-USE People Pay.

As a cloud based solution, price is based per employee. We have a banded scale based on the number of employees and the formula is (Number of employees X monthly rate) X 12. We look for a commitment of 3 years plus 2. Please contact us for further information.

We provide tools and coaching to help you prepare your data for migration. Data conversion is a very important part of any system migration, so we will be with you all the way.

Your internal costs will generally be in two parts. The initial implementation, which we fully identify with you during your review process and on-going running costs.

The running costs can be generally divided into two broad categories. The first is maintenance of the system and secondly training in the use of the system.

Your monthly subscription provides the maintenance and support provided by us.

Cloud based system (lead by systems such as Amazon and Facebook) have inherent simplicity built into them and our solution follows the same principle, and has built in help appropriate to where you are in the business process. So you have predictable running costs and lower adoption and running costs through the design of the solution.
